Palestinian hunger striker Mohamed Allan was released from prison late Wednesday after spending most of the past year in Israeli custody.

Moreover, Violence broke out Saturday in the flashpoint West Bank city of Hebron as Palestinians buried five teenagers killed in a wave of attacks and clashes with Israeli forces.

Israelis accuse Palestinians of inciting violence, blaming them for the spike in stabbings and other attacks in Jerusalem and throughout the country.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army closed the neighbourhood of Ras Al-Amood in Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, for the third day, closing schools. Earlier this week, the IDF shut down the al-Hurriya radio station located in Hebron, charging “that the station had broadcast vicious incitement against Israel, encouraged stabbing attacks, and supported violent resistance”. 31 of the orders were given due to activity on social media while 3 of them were issued against Palestinian minors in Jerusalem.
