“They’re busy right now they might not be home, they might not be going door to door or they might not be going out as much to check for booth sales, so this makes it possible for everyone to stay in the cookie sales”, said Senior Girl Scout Anela Cronk.

Cookies will be on sale until February 28.

An estimated 3,000 girls throughout the Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest – serving southern New Mexico and west Texas – will begin selling Girl Scout cookies beginning Saturday. Girls are using technology more than ever and the Digital Cookie program really enhances their experience. Every girl is encouraged to set and work toward achieving both team and personal goal.

Twelve-year-old Faith Rinali has been selling cookies since she was about 7. She also reminds residents to support the “Cookie Share” program, which provides Girl Scout Cookies to local food shelters and USA soldiers overseas.
