Travellers are allowed to carry up to €10,000, (roughly £7,000), in undeclared cash across European Union borders.
And now, in Italy, he was stopped at the airport with tons of cash – and had half of it taken away by customs authorities! “There was no crime; it was just an administrative infraction”, Parisi told Reuters today. Authorities said pressure will not an option for it slow.
The incident comes less than a week after Snoop Dogg was briefly stopped in Sweden on suspicion of drug use, and afterwards claimed that he had been a victim of racial profiling.
