Donald Trump avoided attacking Hillary Clinton over her health scare Monday, instead calling for her to apologize for her attacks on some of his supporters as “deplorables” – or drop out of the race. Moments later, his hands furled into fists, the man lobbed a blow at the protester.

Scuffles between supporters and protesters have broken out a number of times at Trump rallies.

Police officers, who were stationed throughout the arena of Trump’s rally, were not involved in the incident and the unidentified Trump supporter remained at the rally and was not arrested.

At his Tuesday speech, Trump will be introduced by his daughter Ivanka, arguably his most effective female surrogate, who surprised many at the Republican National Convention when she used her address to declare that her father’s administration would “focus on making quality child care affordable and accessible for all”.

And when a woman in a hijab tried to sit down as the group of protesters were ejected, the man shouted, “Get out!” and motioned for her to leave.

Trump is expected to offer an explanation as to how he plans to pay for the proposals later in the week.

But Trump sought to argue he’s the one looking to support all Americans – even though he quickly pivoted to arguing those who agreed with his opposition to Black Lives Matter, banning Muslims and going after undocumented workers weren’t racists.

Trump has also been accused of stoking violence at his rallies, telling supporters during a February rally that he’d “like to punch him (a protester) in the face”.

School tuition would be a qualified expense, the campaign said, bolstering the school-choice advocacy Trump has recently taken up more vocally.
