J.J. Watt draws the attention of Kelly Kapowksi
Well, maybe not. Mario Lopez, who played A.C. Slater on “SBTB” and now hosts TV’s “Extra”, was on hand at NRG Stadium on Sunday before the Texans’ game against Tampa Bay as Houston’s “Home Field Advantage Captain”.

It didn’t take long before word got back to Tiffani Thiessin, aka Kelly Kapowski, herself. “…I heard you were looking for me”, the caption beneath her Instagram photo read. I’m in LA catching up on my reading. “#SavedBytheBell #ACSlater #WhereIsKellyKapowski” posted Watt, whose Texans defeated the Buccaneers 19-9. That’s what spurred Tiffani Thiessen to post her tweet with J.J. Watt’s Men’s Health cover. “BTW, good game today”, Thiessen shared on Insatagram as she clutched October issue of the mag. So Watt probably shouldn’t expect too much else to happen between him and the Saved by the Bell alum.
J.J. Watt is the kind of transcendent football player who has fans from every walk of life.
