Of course, with so little information about how Fish returns to the series, another possibility is that we see her in flashbacks, perhaps in the memories of Penguin, before he betrayed her to become the king of Gotham’s criminal element. If Fish is revived, we imagine that she’s going to be angling for revenge from Oswald Cobblepot. Jada Pinkett Smith is coming back to Gotham after missing the first half of season two. I love how smart and perceptive she is.
