Read on for the staff predictions.

In Michigan’s unexpected 48-41 overtime struggle at Bloomington, the Wolverines opened up the passing game.
Jehu Chesson torched IN last week and continues to be Rudock’s go-to target as the Wolverines’ fastest downfield threat. The Lions ran nine red-zone plays against MI, gaining a total of 4 yards.
In a series that dates back to 1993, Penn State and MI will meet for the 19th time on Saturday.
Jake Rudock has been on fire and there is no reason to believe he will cool off this week.
Penn State’s Isaiah Washington missed a second consecutive 3-pointer before Duquesne’s Darius Lewis increased the Dukes’ lead to 34-26 on a dunk with 1:51 left. And this year, the Wolverines have a bit more offense to help them get over the hump. The biggest key in all of this will be the Iowa game at Nebraska.
The Nittany Lions are also moving up the charts in the all-time Penn State offensive charts.
Michigan’s Jake Rudock completed 25 of 38 passes for 256 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Trevor Williams easily remembers the last two games he spent covering MI receivers. And never forget the X-factor in Jabrill Peppers, who is a game changer for the Wolverines. Penn State has the home field advantage, while MI has the momentum. Quarterback Christian Hackenberg clearly was frustrated at using at least one offensive timeout in the second half because of alignment problems.
“Jourdan was in the huddle, and he looked over at me and said, ‘Break their back right here, ‘ ” Harbaugh said.
Michael covers Penn State Football for isportsweb and is our guest predictor this week.
After the Wolverines’ 28-16 win, Harbaugh was asked if he believes in the theory that not all teams can be “up” for every game and could lay an egg, as the saying goes, and if he thought that was possible for this team at Penn State. But while Penn State has shocked MI before in Happy Valley, this time around will require a whale of a game from the Nittany Lions, and probably the best of their season. Then came IN and they deviated from their plan.
If MI keeps winning, beating the Nittany Lions and Ohio State, it will need one rival to beat another rival in order to reach the Big Ten championship game for the first time.
It was a tough loss to a great run and season for Boston University, when the Terriers fell to Penn State in the Second Round of the NCAA Women’s Soccer Tournament 6-0 on Friday night at Jeffry Field. – Ohio State wins with a win at MI AND a MI State loss at Penn State.

So far this season Chad is 8-2 picking the results of MI Football games. Aside from the shooting numbers, both teams were evenly matched in most of the remaining influential stat categories; Duquesne only out-rebounded Penn State 42-37, and had only four more turnovers than the Nittany Lions. Although, after losing to Minnesota last weekend and MI on Wednesday night, they had lost back-to-back matches for the first time since 2011.
