James scores 25 in Cavs win

The letter, posted an image on sharing website Imgur, says “Eli” checked out a book titled Kings of the Court: The Cleveland Cavaliers, in which it was revealed that on James’s website there were lists of his strengths and weaknesses.

The best regular season finish in his career was 66 wins, which he accomplished once with the Cavs and once with the Miami Heat. The Nets are coming off a 110-99 loss at Oklahoma City on Wednesday to fall to 1-9 on the road, but a favorable stretch is on the horizon. And until he gets everyone fired up, James is unlikely to stop barking at his teammates until they are all aligned and committed to their goal this season – that of which is to win the National Basketball Association title. They’ve lost 17 straight games to start this season, same as they did last season. “They played to their strength, and at the end LeBron made a play”.

Cavs forward Kevin Love added 18 points and 16 rebounds. Khris Middleton had 14 points, Jerryd Bayless added 13 points while Michael Carter-Williams added 12 points but it was all in vain as the Bucks were already behind by 64-46 at halftime.

“We finished a six-pack back there”, Jefferson said while walking out of the locker room.

“We’re minus-12 on the glass”, said Hornets coach Steve Clifford of the Cavaliers’ 50-38 advantage.

“Those five we had out there were rolling in the fourth quarter”, Love said. But the effort was there, even if it was often misplaced and that was a big reason for why they were able to come away with the win.

His three assists under the same parameters also lead the league, which means James has actually had a hand in eight baskets during the final minute of tight games. Lopez punished the Cavs’ interior defense and the Nets got whatever they wanted early, leading by as many as 12 in the first half while the Cavs struggled to find their legs after a physically draining fourth quarter Friday night at the Charlotte Hornets. Smith then extended the lead to four by a three-point shot from the right wing.

J.R. Smith fouled Joe Johnson on a 3-pointer with 15.2 seconds left, allowing the Nets to tie the game at 88.

Dallas guard Deron Williams hit four 3-pointers and led all scorers with 22 points, his second-highest scoring game of the season.

Cavs center Timofey Mozgov returned to the starting lineup after missing the past three games with a strained right shoulder.

Stephen Curry didn’t have to do much here; he scored 19 points and played less than 30 minutes overall.

Having a fresh Kyrie Irving, who likely returns from injury in January, and a full functioning Kevin Love will also be a key to how successful the Cleveland Cavaliers will be in May and June.
