Jamie Naughright Photos: Who Is Peyton Manning’s Accuser
At the time, Peyton Manning was preparing to play the New England Patriots in the Divisional Playoff round on January 16, 2005 (the Patriots would defeat the Colts 20-3 in that game, with Manning throwing for no touchdowns and an interception).

Manning’s name comes up in a lawsuit filed by multiple women against the University of Tennessee, Manning’s alma mater. Naughright would testify that the package contained materials from the book Manning: A Father, His Sons, and a Football Legacy.
According to the newspaper, the allegation that Manning sexually assaulted a female athletics trainer while in college was first reported in 2003. By request of the counsel of Peyton Manning, the details of that incident have been sealed and three-and-a-half pages concerning it have been redacted from the permanent record (see pages 11-14). The book stated that Manning was just mooning a teammate and called the entire incident “harmless”. Because her supervisor had opened the envelope, Naughright’s career at the Florida school was over and Naughright filed a defamation lawsuit against the Mannings, Underwood and publisher Harper Collins.
After Naughright made the abuse allegations against Manning, the two sides reached a settlement that included a confidentiality agreement and a gag order. He was being examined for a foot injury by Dr. Jamie Naughright, whom King describes as “a respected scholar, speaker, professor, and trainer of some of the best athletes in the world”.
The federal suit filed Tuesday in Nashville states Tennessee’s policies made students more vulnerable to sexual assault and had a “clearly unreasonable response” after incidents that caused the women making complaints to endure additional harassment. It was a calculated risk. The Heisman victor and No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 National Football League draft had said the allegations are false and that he and Kinsman had consensual sex.
Ask The Big Question: Does this affect how Manning will be remembered as a player? It was his word against hers. She also averred that another incident in 1994 “explained the genesis of Peyton Manning’s dislike” of her but did not disclose the details of that event.
It appears that Manning, who was under oath, completely concocted this story out of thin air.
“They wanted to have me say that was the reason and not the reason of what Mr Manning did when he assaulted me”.
“And, she’d, she’d, been up in the dorm before, I mean hey, you know, they could have, you know, could have pulled off stuff on her too. I never understood why you didn’t admit to it”, Saxon wrote. Not a single person could do so.
The statutes of limitation in Tennessee have expired here and Naughright has already settled a defamation lawsuit with Manning. He is expected to retire soon.

Peyton Manning and his past had been a topic of discussion since early reports linking him to the use of HGH.
