Jamie Vardy is tipped for a January move from Leicester
“He scores, he provoked a penalty, now scoring 10 goals in a row, he is a great player. It’s not so easy to do that”.

When asked if Vardy was a potential January transfer target, Van Gaal added: “That’s none of your business”.
“I don’t want to remember that (Leicester) game especially, because of the result but also the way we lost wasn’t good”.
And while there are few who expect the side to remain there for the rest of the campaign, Van Gaal believes there is a chance the underdogs could lift the trophy.
Louis van Gaal’s men have now climbed to second in the table.
United recovered from the defeat at Leicester to qualify for the Champions League last term, but expectations have grown since.
“Of course, because the fans have to be happy”, he said in a news conference.
Their performance against the Dutch champions was heavily criticised by pundits, former United players and some supporters.
Several fans have questioned the dip in form of proven attackers under the Manchester United manager and now it seems the players believe it as well.
“In the second half, we had some chances but it’s true that they did good pressing and we couldn’t play the ball and control the game”.
“I feel we showed a lack of composure which put ourselves under pressure a lot of times”.
“When Sir Alex Ferguson was at the helm there was a clear style and identity but we also gave them the freedom to come up with their own solutions”.
The United manager, who has won league titles in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, said the spending power of Premier League clubs meant there was a less of a quality gap between the elite teams and their pursuers.
United will again be without Ander Herrera, Michael Carrick and Phil Jones.
If Melbourne Victory, Sydney FC or any other A-League club had signed striker Jamie Vardy four years ago, it’s likely that there would have been howls of derision from their fans throughout the various social media platforms. Van Gaal let him go with the future in mind.
“We have to think what is best for a player like Wilson”.

Riyad Mahrez, too, will be a unsafe player for the hosts. It is very important for him and for us as well. Obviously it’s going to be tough, and we will need to be at our highest level to beat PSV and Leicester.
