Spears starred in the 2002 movie Crossroads, and has previously appeared on such shows as Will & Grace and How I Met Your Mother. I won’t tell you how or what capacity, but I got to dance with her! “I’m 31. When I was younger, if somebody said something nasty, you’d be like, ‘Do you want to take it to the playground?” It’s like everyone wanted to maybe hope that she’s not gonna be good but she was great.
Gina Rodriguez is in awe of Britney Spears, as the actress had a wonderful time working with the pop star on “Jane the Virigin”. Rodriguez recently spoke with HuffPost Live about that experience, which was documented in an Instagram photo, below.

Britney, who’s playing an exaggerated version of herself and Rogelio’s (Jaime Camil) arch nemesis in the show, is expected to appear in the fifth episode of the coming season thought to air sometime next month. “Rodriguez said that on set, “[Spears] is so incredible.
“It was just a choice I made early on to try and keep it fresh and to try to keep everyone pointed at where they’re going in each episode, so that surprises can unfold naturally and we don’t foreshadow them too much”, Urman told HuffPost later. Could Jane’s conversation with Michael (and possibly Rafael) give us any indication about which man she chooses at the start of the season?

“I get to dance with her!” “And to go head to head with Jaime [Camil] is like the ultimate challenge for comedic actors because he is so incredible and he always comes up to the plate with something new and something different. I totally wanna recreate [“Baby One More Time”] and re-shoot it on set with her”, Rodriguez said, describing Spear’s iconic music video for the single.
