According to Billboard, they recorded the song recently, while Cole was in L.A. Listen to the original version below as well.
Sources say, Jackson and Cole recorded the single together at a Los Angeles studio. She tweeted a photo of herself from the show surrounded by girlfriends, but gave no hint of her collaboration with the “Apparently” performer.
“No Sleeep”, produced by legendary songwriting and production duo, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, went to No. 5 in its second week on Billboard’s Adult R&B airplay chart.
