70-year-old Maureen Smith and 55-year-old David Kaltschmidt are taking the lump sum payment of about $327.8 million before taxes.
Florida Lottery officials scheduled a news conference for Wednesday afternoon in Tallahassee.
Out of the three winning tickets, one was purchased from a Publix supermarket in Melbourne, Florida, according to ABC News.
The winning numbers were 4-8-19-27-34 and Powerball 10. The Chino Hills victor has not yet come forward.
The $528.7 million prize was claimed by The Nickel 95 Trust.
Mr Kaltschmidt said he was retiring from his mechanical engineer job and would buy a new truck, because his is falling apart. “I said, ‘Did you win the Powerball?’ She said, ‘No, ‘ very calmly, ‘No'”.
John and Lisa Robinson from Munford, Tennessee showed off their ticket on the Today show just two days after the January 13th drawing.
I guess they’re anxious people are going to either rob them or ask them for money, and you can find stories supporting that in the archives of past lottery winners.
The husband and wife, together since 1980, are originally from Long Island, N.Y., but moved to Melbourne Beach in 1991.
“I lost 10 pounds”, he said.
Now that they’ve been identified, Smith is “afraid it’ll make me less friendly”.

Kaltschmidt said: “I lost a lot of sleep. It’s a lot of pacing at night let me tell you”.
A Florida couple was awarded their Powerball prize Wednesday.
“That was hard”, said Ms Smith.
The couple also said that they didn’t realize they had won the jackpot until the next morning.
