Japanese ‘Star Wars’ trailer reveals new scenes

Besides the potential bombshell of Rey’s parentage, the new 30-second spot features a couple of new shots of the Millennium Falcon, Rey whacking a bad guy and perhaps even piloting the Falcon.

“Thanks to the powers-that-be for making his dream come true”, he wrote. J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars: The Force Awakens is slated to premiere in Los Angeles on December 14 with the rest of America getting the film on December 18.

It was started by his wife Ashley Fleetwood, and she took to the campaign with her own force, rallying hard to get people to pick up on the request.

The campaign went viral as fellow fans and even Star Wars actors shared Daniel’s request to view the sequel before he succumbed to his disease.

“Daniel’s final dream was just granted!!!”

By the way, most studios release an official synopsis for each of their films.

On Thursday, Ashley posted on Facebook that Daniel’s dream had come true and his wish had been granted. We also would like to thank Lynne, Ben and Anahuac for coming to our home and screening the movie for Daniel.

Fleetwood posted online with the news of his diagnosis and expressed his desire to see the movie before he died – something that is quite literally on his bucket list (pictured).

“I think it’s so outrageous that we are in 2015 and something like that has happened”, she continued.

A fan of Star Wars since he was a child, Fleetwood, who is now in hospice treatment, pleaded for an early screening of the franchise’s latest installment.
