Jared Fogle sues former foundation director Russell Taylor
Cindy Mills, a former franchisee with the sandwich chain, said Fogle told her about paying underage girls for sex overseas after the two swapped numbers at an event.

Mills says when he started talking about paying for sex with minors she alerted a regional Subway contact in Florida where she is based.
Subway has not responded with a comment about these allegations.
Mills became “uncomfortable with the relationship” after Fogle allegedly pressured Mills to sell herself on Craigslist, Business Insider said.
It was a Subway franchisee who first raised a red flag of concern about commercial star Jared Fogle, according to Yahoo!
However, the ad honcho silenced Mills, saying he didn’t want to hear any more, her lawyer claims.
Mills described how they didn’t visit the watch during away from worry for her task and then for Fogle’s some money and effect. But now that Fogle’s case has been exposed, she says she feels comfortable using her name. Mills attempted to sue Subway, but the company maintains a “good bit of legal separation” between itself and Fogle. The site says he was CEO of Subway’s franchise advertising fund between 2007 and 2011.
Subway has announced that it will be re-launching an internal investigation against Fogle to learn how much the company knew about his shocking behavior. As part of his plea deal, Fogle will not serve a sentence of more than 12 and a half years in prison, nor less than five years.
Fogle is expected to plead guilty to several sex crimes against children, including possessing and distributing child porn and traveling across state lines to have sex with a minor.
The company says that it is investigating whether executives were aware of Fogle’s interest in children.

Fogle attorney Ron Elberger declined to comment Thursday.
