He also blames the girl’s parents’ divorce, writing “Custody and parenting time (agreements) that required Jane Doe to constantly rotate her living arrangements caused unnecessary stress, anxiety, and trauma for Jane Doe”.

Russell Taylor shared and discussed the videos with Fogle, the lawsuit says.

Prosecutors who charged Fogle and Taylor previous year said Taylor used cameras hidden in the Indianapolis-area homes where he lived to secretly film 12 minors and shared some of the images with Fogle.

Fogle was a spokesman for Subway and positioned himself as an expert in weight loss, as he had reportedly lost over 200 pounds thanks to the sandwich shop.

Jared Fogle’s motion filed in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis also argues that the parents may be responsible for the girl’s injuries alleged in a civil lawsuit against him. Taylor was sentenced to 27 years in prison, which he is now serving at the Marianna Federal Correctional Institution in Florida. She tells Broadly that it’s not unusual for a defendant in a sex crimes case to attack the victim or victim’s family in their defense at trial or in a countersuit.

Fogle paid $100,000 to each of a dozen victims, as well as two others he had sex with at New York City hotels.

It was last year that Fogle was sentenced to 15 and eight months in federal prison, with a minimum of 13 years with no possibility of parole.

According to recent reports, Jared Fogle has made a decision to add insult to injury in the case of one of his victims. However, he had apparently chose to try to recoup some of the $1.4 million he paid out to the victims of his vile crimes by suing the parents of one of his minor victims. Fogle is fighting one particular civil suit against a girl whose photos he allegedly had possession of, and has a particularly gross countersuit-Fogle is claiming that her parents are responsible for the emotional anguish she is now experiencing due to their divorce. The victim is identified as Jane Doe to keep her identity secret. He is now suing one of his victim’s parents and blaming them for her “destructive behaviors”, The Independent reports. Taylor’s wife is also a defendant in the suit. Fogle claims that Jane Doe’s parents fought and abused alcohol in front of her which caused her to suffer from major depression and engage in “destructive behaviors”.

The suit says the girl was a guest at the home of one of Fogle’s business associates. Indiana Police Detective Darin Odier suggested that they were investigating the issue, looking for people that kept in contact with Taylor and Fogle for the distribution of child pornography.
