Jared Goff joins his teammates in celebrating Cal’s 55-36 defeat of Air Force in Monday’s Armed Forces Bowl in Fort Worth.
It is widely believed that Goff will bypass his senior season and declare himself eligible for the National Football League draft.
Jared Goff will likely make his decision on whether he turns pro tomorrow at 10 a.m. Pacific.
Since enrolling early at Cal in January 2013, Goff has been on a path to the NFL.
SN’s latest mock draft; which QB goes first? The game’s MVP threw for 467 yards on 25-37 passes and six touchdowns, setting a Cal bowl game record and tying his career-high for touchdowns in a single game.
According to ESPN’s Joe Schad, Goff is expected to forgo his final year of college eligibility and enter the draft.
Goff, whose family was on hand for the campus news conference, has strong bloodlines to Cal. His parents attended the school and he grew up in nearby Marin County. His journey started as the first true freshman QB in Cal history to start a season opener, going 1-11 to an 8-5 record in 2015. I see him as the best but he and the other draft experts at least have him rated highly on their draft boards.

In three season at Cal, Goff threw for 12,200 yards with 96 touchdowns and 30 interceptions.
