Jason Momoa in talks for The Crow
Hollywood has been trying to reboot The Crow for years and now, the latest incarnation reported has its star.

“The Crow” franchise has continued since the death of Lee, but none of the films has received the same top talent as Momoa. The actor posted a photograph on Instagram of him drinking with director Colin Hardy, along with the hashtags #sealthedeal and #dreamjob. ‘ Justice League film and has reportedly found time for this film between his stints as the King of Atlantis.
The Crow was originally published as a four issue miniseries in 1989.

The Crow traditionally follows Eric Draven, who returns from the dead to track down his killers and avenge his murdered fiancé with the help of a mystical bird.
The reboot is set to be directed by Corin Hardy, the man behind The Hallow, and is being produced by Relativity Media, who recently emerged from bankruptcy.

Ryan Kavanaugh, co-CEO of Relativity, shared Momoa’s picture with the caption “the future is bright”. The actor is seen having a few pints with Crow director Corin Hardy as he exclaims he may have just come aboard what he calls a “dream job”. The character has gone through several revamps in terms of origin and continuity. The delays had previously forced Jack Huston (Ben-Hur) off the project, as he was once attached to star.
