This appears to be the moment that signalled the end of Javier Hernandez’s Manchester United career.

German publication Kicker claims United have struck a £12million deal with Leverkusen for Hernandez.
The 27-year-old has played just 24 minutes for United in the Premier League this season and looks set to join the Bundesliga outfit, with the Mail reporting that Louis van Gaal has told the striker that he can leave today.
The ever trusted and reliable Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the Mexican will earn around £3.5 per year plus bonuses.
Hernandez spent last season at Real Madrid on loan, but failed to do enough to cause the Spanish giants to buy him on a permanent basis.
The likes of West Ham United, Torino, Tottenham Hotspur [all Independent] and Orlando City Soccer Club had been linked to the player’s signature [Orlando Sentinel], but a move never materialised.
But former United defender Neville warned Van Gaal that he can’t afford to leave himself with two strikers until January transfer window. The Old Trafford side have been on the lookout for a striker who can lead the line up front as Wayne Rooney’s struggles in front of goal continues.

Van Gaal and Giggs held a comical stare-off, with the Welshman being the first to blink and react to Hernandez’s underwhelming attempt.
