Jay McGuiness wins Strictly Come Dancing 2015
He said: “I have absolutely fallen in love with dancing and I think that more than ever I would like to do something that would involve dancing in that way because The Wanted was just walking around and singing”.

However, despite both Kellie and Georgia performing better than Jay, the nation chose to make the latter and his partner Aliona Vilani its victor after watching the pair dance the pasodoble to Bon Jovi’s classic It’s My Life.
Ex-Coronation Street actress Georgia May Foote and Giovanni Pernice and Eastenders’ Kellie Bright and partner Kevin Clifton were joint runners up.
The star-studded final included appearances from this year’s contestants, The Great British Bake Off’s Mary Berry and chart-topper Ellie Goulding.
The former Wanted star had always been a people’s favourite on the show but his glitterball challenge appeared to be fading going on judges’ scores in Saturday night’s final on BBC One.
According to Darcey and Craig, it was Kellie who should have triumphed.
Craig Revel-Horwood said: “I think you did dance around the floor easily, your bum was down through the whole thing”. Georgia May Foote had come in second with 112 while Kellie Bright topped the board with 119, a score which included two 40s.
Kevin Clifton reached the final of the series for the third consecutive year, the only professional dancer to do so, after partnering TV presenter Susanna Reid and singer Frankie Bridge in previous years.
“From week one, for me, you’ve been the most consistent”, head judge Goodman told him.
“I think one of the biggest journeys of the performance…”
“If anyone watched who helped us to get here and then enjoyed what we were doing I’m really happy that you liked it because it’s the best thing I’ve ever done”.

Broadcaster Katie Derham and Anton Du Beke were fancied to finish in fourth place. I’m glad I got to see it through to the end.
