Jay Z & Beyonce Lease $150KA Month Crib In Los Angeles

It is believed the new owner hardly spends time in Los Angeles so chose to put the vacant property on the market to lease for a reported $150,000 a month.

The five-bedroom home was previously owned by LA Dodgers owner Frank McCourt, who sold it to a British billionaire previous year. Their new pad includes a luxurious indoor Olympic-sized pool, as well as a scenic outdoor swimming hole, complete with a flowing waterfall and ornate formal gardens.

Jay Z, the consummate New Yorker behind “Empire State of Mind”, and Beyoncé, who hails from Houston, reportedly chose to move to L.A. because they believe it’s a good place to raise their 3-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.
