According to TMZ, Bey and Hov are now renting out a $45 million house in Los Angeles, which former L.A. Dodgers owner, Frank McCourt, has put on the market for lease.

The dynamic duo is reportedly shelling out approximately $150,000 per month for the stunning 20,000-square-foot mansion.
The location of their home is certainly convenient, as it’s in the same neighborhood as the property they were asked to vacate from. Their new pad includes a luxurious indoor Olympic-sized pool, as well as a scenic outdoor swimming hole, complete with a flowing waterfall and ornate formal gardens. The married couple are said to be renting a $45m (£29.4m) mansion in Los Angeles where they hope to raise their young daughter Blue Ivy.
The property is owned by a British Billionaire who rarely visits Los Angeles and left the estate essentially vacant.
It was added in the Curbed report that the house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, massage room, library/screening room, dance studio and an atrium.
Despite owning an apartment in New York, the couple moved permanently to Los Angeles saying that it was a better place for their daughter to grow.

The billionaire is now renting it out for $150,000 a month, reports TMZ. However, they were forced to leave the mansion in September 2015 when the owner of the property made a decision to sell-up.
