But Iowa was not far from his mind, even as he told voters here that “the reset has started as of tonight”, and that on New Hampshire’s primary day next Tuesday, he plans to “surprise the world”.
“The numbers aren’t looking good for him right now, but that’s why I thought I should actually come out here”, Richardson said.

I understand Bush was hurt when Marco Rubio chose to throw his hat in the ring rather than rally to his side.
