While Bush admitted that Falwell’s endorsement was good for Trump, he questioned how it came to be. “We are all sinners, some more that others”, he added.

Falwell, president of Liberty University – the world’s largest evangelical university – said in a statement he’s supporting the GOP front-runner because he is a “successful executive and entrepreneur, a wonderful father and a man who I believe can lead our country to greatness again”.
Responding to an audience member who asked him to describe why he believes Trump is “not right for America”, Bush, the well-funded but underperforming candidate, released one of his sharpest critiques yet of the bombastic figure leading the Republican polls. “I try to do nothing that is bad”. “My case against Trump is the case to protect the conservative cause because I’ve lived it, I love it, and I believe in it, and I’ve spent my adult life advocating for it in all sorts of ways”, he said.
“I have great relationship with God”.
“For a guy who has stated he has never sought forgiveness, it’s hard to imagine how someone who is a strong believer would embrace that idea”.
Praising Trump’s ability to inspire new voters to the Republican cause and his political incorrectness, Bush joked, “I’m saying all the good things. I think faith goes way beyond politics”.
Earlier Tuesday, Bush had hammered Trump for changing his abortion views.
“He’s a flip-flopper”, said Bush.
But then he slammed Trump: “His talk is created to hurt”, Bush said.
“I just don’t think he has the relationship that he says he has, if you can’t explain it in any way that shows that he’s serious about it. Just accepting the fact that we make mistakes and you seek forgiveness”. Mr. Trump said he wouldn’t be treated “fairly” by Ms. Kelly, and therefore wasn’t interested in participating in the last debate before the Iowa caucuses on Monday.

“I’ve got a $20 bet he shows up”, Bush said during a town hall with Nationwide insurance employees, according to Politico.
