Jeffrey Dean Morgan Cast as Villain Negan on ‘The Strolling Lifeless’

Jeffrey Dean Morgan, well-known for his roles on Gray’s Anatomy & The Good Wife, has just been cast as the well-known villain Negan on The Strolling Lifeless! THR’s sources say that Negan will first appear in the season 6 finale.

In one of the comic series’ most infamous moments, Rick and his core crew are captured by The Saviors and brought before Negan, who decides to execute one of them at random.

Readers of “The Walking Dead” comics are still recovering from the trauma of watching Negan beat Glenn to death with his barbed wire-wrapped baseball bat in issue #100.

The Walking Dead has found its next villain in the form of Supernatural and Watchmen star Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Puzzle: Fans had wondered whether Negan would put in an appearance after Glenn, played by Steven Yuan pictured right, seemed to be “killed off” by walkers in a recent episode.

The show’s executives have been on on the hunt for casting this character since that year, with actors Timothy Olyphant, Matt Dillon and Garret Dillahunt in the running for the role.

“Negan is a very important character to the series”.

Batman has the Joker, Katniss has President Snow, Clarice Starling has Hannibal Lecter and now Rick Grimes – the embattled hero of TV’s The Walking Dead – has Negan.

A previous report pointed to the possibility of the villain Negan popping up in “The Walking Dead” sesason 6 finale. He is someone fans of the comics have been looking forward to seeing for a few time, and it was leaked a while ago that he would surface by the end of this season. By random chance, he chooses Glenn, a.k.a. the one character everyone likes. I first saw him in the movie, P. S. I Love you with Gerard Butler.
