Jennifer Lawrence opens up about wrapping on The Hunger Games: Mockingjay 2

Given this review, it was apparent that the audience got more out of “The Hunger Games” from the movie as compared to the books.

Notwithstanding the emotional ending of the Hunger Games franchise, the actress is excited to reach the end of their promotional tour.

Posters of Jennifer Lawrence incite feelings in men in cities all over America, yet you don’t see anyone tearing them down here.

Even less time is spent with the supporting characters who enriched the first two films, who seemingly show up for a cameo in their own franchise.

The final installment is not the best of the series, but it has a few tense and exciting moments while doing its absolute best to wrap everything up nice and tight. But Haymitch (Woody Harrelson), Effie (Elizabeth Banks), and Beetee (Jeffrey Wright) are relegated to obligatory links.

From humble beginnings, we have watched Katniss Everdeen become the Mockingjay, the focal figure in the struggle against an oppressive regime ruled by President Snow.

Feisty Johanna exists to showcase how Jena Malone would look snarling while bald.

Liron Suissa, the VP of marketing for Nur Star Media, the company involved in the Israeli posters from which Jennifer Lawrence was removed, told the media this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. But look! Stanley Tucci is in this film, too! In many scenes that take place in risky urban landscapes savaged by war, and in many underground scenes that actually bring zombies into the story, Katniss gathers a team of warriors from District 13 who are trying to liberated Panem.

In the book, when Katniss wants to go to the Capitol to join the fight and end the revolution, Coin flatly denies her because she is not a trained soldier.

However, Francis Lawrence’s film adaptation of “Mockingjay” very wisely chose to forego showing the violence of Prim’s death, instead focusing on the few seconds before those bombs went off, and Katniss’ grieving process after. The film is “explosive, mostly true to the text, complex, and chock full of action”. “If it were up to me I would not talk, I would just act”.

The final Hunger Games chapter is expected to make $300m in its opening global weekend, according to analysts.
