Jeremy Clarkson ‘Entered Rehab For Stress’ After ‘Top Gear’ Axing
The controversial TV personality sacked from the show in March following a rocky year, which culminated in a now-infamous “fracas” with a “Top Gear” producer, while filming on location.

It’s no wonder that his doctor has ordered Clarkson to go into rehab, to stop him from becoming a “drooling vegetable”.
Regular team captains Hislop and Merton also quipped at Clarkson’s expense.
Writing in his column for The Sunday Times newspaper, he shared: “Back in the summer it was decided by people with serious faces and stethoscopes that I needed a complete break”.
Clarkson likened his spell in rehab to being locked up in a prison and said it was similar to spending a “whole month back in the Stone Age”.
He further added that they told him that he “must go immediately to a prison where there would be no contact with the outside world”.
An idea Jezza apparently embraced, as he thought it’s one of those businesspeople’s retreat “filled with Scandinavian furniture and half-naked Vietnamese women who’d spend all day smearing my eyes with cucumber juice”.
Despite this experience, it seems that Clarkson came out better.
Most recently, he returned to the BBC to host long-running panel show Have I Got News For You.
However, the trio’s contribution to the BBC Two stalwart has been recognised with a nomination in the Factual Entertainment category alongside Channel 4’s 2014 victor, Gogglebox.
Following the completion of the BBC’s report, North Yorkshire Police waded into the row.
He said while watching the shows he realised the format was four links and three VTs, but was adamant: “We’re going to change that”. Clarkson has repeatedly apologised to Mr Tymon both in public and privately.

Top Gear presenter Chris Evans has hinted that there may not be co-hosts with him at all times throughout the new show.
