Jerusalem police thwart Passover plot to sacrifice goats in Old City
Israeli police and security officials have announced the discovery of a right-wing network of “Jewish terrorists” in the occupied West Bank, saying they have arrested several accused of plotting and enacting attacks against Palestinians and their homes.

Police then saw that a second goat had been left in Jerusalem’s Old City on its own and they subsequently arrested a third suspect in relation to the animal.
Friday marks the first night of Passover, the eight-day Jewish festival that honors Jews’ liberation from slavery in Egypt.
