Tyga apparently never paid for a diamond encrusted watch and chain back in 2013, and while Jason Of Beverly Hills got a $200k judgement against him, he hasn’t paid back a penny yet and the company were getting sick and exhausted of chasing a payment. That is … until he saw Tyga coughed up a huge settlement last week to an old landlord who was ALSO going after the rapper for an old debt. He took him to court and was awarded a $200,000 judgement against Tyga, but never got paid. a single cent. TMZ even reports the celebrity jeweler has even enlisted the same lawyers, Danny Abir and Boris Treyzon, as the Rack City artist’s landlord in order to get his money.
Tyga finally settled the debt out of court, leading to the warrant being rescinded, and now staff at the Jason of Beverly Hills jewellery store are hoping for a similar success.
The Rack City star faced being arrested when he returned to the US after a judge issued a bench warrant earlier this month (Aug16) when Tyga failed to show up in court as part of a long-running debt dispute with a landlord.
The Los Angeles Police Department meant to arrest Tyga once he returned last Thursday (August 11) from vacationing.
Tyga is about to get an unwelcome homecoming when he returns to the USA from Turks and Caicos … he’s probably gonna get arrested.
