The Michigan Wolverines are coming off a bye week and preparing for a Saturday night game at Minnesota.

Harbaugh offered a few unique wisdom today, as far as his team’s perspective goes.

“If worms had machine guns, birds would be scared of them”.

Harbaugh has always been known for his quips, but later said he wasn’t for certain of the source of his unique insights. Brad Galli sat down with Head Coach Jim Harbaugh for his weekly interview, talking the bye week, Halloween and more.

But if Michigan plays Cole again in the second half of the season, he would not be eligible for a fifth year. During Monday’s session with the media, Harbaugh let it be known he has no interest in scenarios that didn’t happen in regards to the game against Michigan State.

Elsewhere in injury news, Michigan true freshman Brian Cole is still “some time” away from returning to game action, per Harbaugh. Safety Dymonte Thomas said the Spartans’ passing success (328 yards by Connor Cook) was due to a very good quarterback making throws where only his receivers could catch them. “Jerry Kill’s a fantastic coach”.
