After seriously injuring himself in late June, when he caught his ring on a desk countertop and almost tore off his finger, the 40-year-old Tonight Show host took to Instagram on Friday to share his latest painful-looking mishap.

To tell you the “tooth”, Jimmy Fallon’s probably exhausted of being a klutz by now.
“Chipped front tooth trying to open tube of scar tissue fix gel for recovering finger injury”, he said Friday on Facebook, showing off, well, a newly chipped front tooth. Thank yo Dr. Jobe DDS!
Fallon had said on The Tonight Show that he injured his finger while suffering a fall at his New York City home and had to have surgery to avoid amputation. In the first round, Heidi Klum actually did an admirable job of holding her own through the lie, but Fallon has played the game enough times at this point to have a pretty good feel for it. Although the round was fun, it was even more wonderful to watch the two individuals crush out a shot of Fireball like champs.
“The fall was amusing”, he admitted during the July 13 broadcast.
