JK Rowling just said this ‘Harry Potter’ fan theory is her favourite
Author J.K. Rowling is a charming and active presence on Twitter, often taking the time out of her busy life to respond to fan questions. The first brother receives an unbeatable wand – the Elder Wand – which he uses to vanquish his most powerful opponent.

Concluding the theory, Harry is the brother who hides beneath the Invisibility Cloak and greets Death as an old friend – the latter, of course, being Dumbledore.
“Harry Potter” fans are still at it figuring out bits and pieces of the epic saga.
Fans have recently speculated that each of the three brothers are Voldemort, Snape, and Harry, with death in the story being Dumbledore. Dumbledore is who Harry meets at the King’s Cross station when he dies briefly in the Deathly Hallows.
Finally, here’s the key part of the old theory: Harry Potter represents the third brother, described in the fable as a humble man who only asks to live a long happy life without the fear of Death.
The argument can be made that this is more of a fantastic literary analysis, since Dumbledore isn’t literally Death.
You have heard it from the creator herself. Now, JK Rowling has thrown her weight behind a particular theory, telling her eager Twitter following that it’s “beautiful” and “fits”.

A popular theory about “The Tale of the Three Brothers” from THE TALES OF BEEDLE THE BARD, a book of fairy tales introduced in the final installment in Rowling’s magical series, has been making the rounds. Keep those speculations coming, fans!
