If you get hotter for Potter compared to any other book, and fancy yourself the next Rita Skeeter, get excited about this new job opportunity. Instead, the books contain fun facts or “titbits” that were written by J.K. Rowling or taken from the Pottermore archives.

Each ebook will be approximately 10,000 words long and available to read on ebook readers, tablets, and mobile devices as a supplement to the original books, which have so far sold more than 450 million copies worldwide.

Rob Stothard/Getty ImagesJ.K. Rowling – to the delight of fans – is back with a new series of eBooks that will be “Short Stories from Hogwarts”. Pottermore tried to nullify the hearsay, as reported by The New York Times.

The release of the books will be September 6, coinciding with a “new term at Hogwarts – and each explores a different Hogwarts-related theme”.

Pottermore Presents feature covers designed by powerhouse designing duo Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima (otherwise known as MinaLima), who were the graphic design team behind the artwork of the Harry Potter films.

“Hogwarts: An Incomplete and Unreliable Guide” delves into the wizarding school’s every corner revealing every detail from Hogwarts ghosts to Sorting Hat having difficulty making a choice on a student’s house. It will explore the “darker roots” of Harry’s world, exploring the origins of the series’ most-hated teacher, Dolores Umbridge, and even touching on the relationship of a young Voldemort and his teacher, Horace Slughorn. All three books fall under the banner ‘Pottermore Presents’.
