Joe Biden finally talks about 2016 speculation

We move on now to the race for 2016 tonight and the big question, will vice president Joe Biden win. Florida Sen. Marco Rubios campaign has invested more than $12 million in ads that start airing at the end of the year in Iowa, New Hampshire and other states. As measured by her level of endorsements Clinton has more support at this stage of the primary campaign than any Democrat in the modern era. But every day he waits, it becomes that much tougher for the sitting vice president. Tonight, reports his late son’s wish, beau Biden’s wish that he father would run.

While it is unknown if Biden could attract the kind of Hollywood mega donors that have been raising big bucks for Hillary Clinton since April, Biden’s people say Hillary’s support might not be out of love for Hillary, but rather a desire to keep a Democrat in the White House. “No. But it means at least some folks around him believe they need to get ready in case he does”.

A Clinton implosion would give Biden a clear opportunity to ride in as the Democratic savior, embracing the well-worn strategy of capitalizing on a rival’s stumbles. The president has called his selection of the former Delaware senator as his running mate, “the best political decision I ever made”.

“Rank-and-file Democratic voters love Clinton too”, Silver added.

Beau died from brain cancer in late May”. Reporter: If Biden runs, it’s quite a dilemma for the boss.

And in a political environment in which a tell-it-like-it-is character like Donald Trump has risen to the top of the Republican field, that might not be a bad thing.

Kendra Barkoff, the vice president’s press secretary, said Biden was spending his time working on President Barack Obama’s agenda, not on planning his own potential presidential campaign.

But there’s another side to the authenticity coin that has also at times undercut his image.

Clinton, the former first lady and U.S. secretary of state, is the frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination.

“They’re definitely warning signs and probably do leave room for a candidate to come in and challenge her“, Hunter said. “But I think the American peoplewant to go beyond conventional establishment politics”.

The 72-year old Biden has run for president twice before – in 1988 and 2008. “I am fluent in Clinton-speak”, he said.

Clinton’s fundraiser, which was announced Tuesday, will be held at the Wayzata home of Dean Phillips.

The one-minute video shows some of the pictures of Dorothy Rodham when she was young, on the background of which Clinton tells her story. It also was not immediately known if she is arriving via a private plane or commercial airline. The Iowa caucuses are set for February 1 and the New Hampshire primary is scheduled for February 9.??

Joe Biden is unlikely to run for President for a third time if it means a year of trailing Hillary Clinton in the polls
