Joe Budden’s new merchandise shows him chasing after those kids

The internet recently exploded when Hot 97 radio personality Ebro trolled the world into thinking that a potential battle between Eminem & Drake could soon ensue. On the NY stop of the joint trek, Drake came after NYC radio station Hot 97, specifically Funk Flex, who had sided with Meek Mill during that whole Meek vs. Drake debacle.

“I told Drake that I heard the rumor was that Eminem was gonna gear up to come after him”.

Ebro has shared some thoughts on Drake’s MSG comments.

That first bit seems to address the recent Eminem-related chatter, but the Flex part goes a little deeper.

According to Hip Hop DX, thing started to heat up when Budden said Drake hid “behind [his] celebrity”. Drake threw a subliminal or two, but we don’t REALLY know if they were about Budden.

On Wednesday, Ebro shared that he and Drake had a talk, where the radio presenter told the “Hotline Bling” rapper that Eminem was itching to join in.

As early as last month he got into a battle with Slaughter House MC, Joe Budden and while Budden is not as well-known as Meek on a commercial level, he is known throughout Hip Hop as a battle rapper.

“I got a question for you”, West asked the audience.

“‘Drake takes shots?’ That’s not what happened”, Ebro said of a particular headline.

To help explain this sudden outburst, it helps to know something about the Drake-related events of the last few days.

It is however odd that a beef of any sort would occur between these two who have collaborated on some of the biggest rap tracks including Drake’s Forever and more.

We’d sit this one out Drake – Eminem does not bite his tongue when it comes to unleashing disses. Jay-Z vs. Nas and Biggie vs. Pac were high profile, but in this day and age, Eminem vs. Drake would easily top them. “I ain’t even think it was a big deal”, he continued. While Drake’s music would be a relic of the past if Slim bodied him in a beef, there’s a chance that Aubrey might actually win that beef. So you’d think that Drake wouldn’t give a shit if some rappers who are at a much lower fame level than he would critique Views? .
