A repeat of recent performances will ensure Wales’ stay in France will be a short one, but Coleman expects Bale’s arrival after an eight-month absence from worldwide action to quickly blow away any cobwebs.

“Since we’ve qualified our results are nothing to shout about”, said Coleman.
“I’m not making any excuses saying we have not had certain players, it is worldwide football, you get on with it”.
“I’ve got a duty to the squad of players to consider how we give ourselves the best possible chance of getting out of that group”.
“It’s global football, you get on with it, but sometimes with success comes a little bit of complacency”.
Ledley has made 62 appearances for his country who open their campaign against Slovakia in Bordeaux on June 11 before facing England four days later.
“We’ve got to get it right when the pressure’s on in the tournament and all the eyes are on us”.
But he will be included if has shown he will be fit for the third game against Russian Federation in Toulouse on June 20.
“We are going to need him through this tournament definitely, it is on the world stage and everyone will be watching”, Williams said.
Coleman, who recently signed a new deal to stay as Wales boss, says Ledley is ahead of schedule in terms of his rehabilitation after including him in his 23 man squad and even thinks he could be fit for Wales’ group game.
The 18-year-old was named in Roy Hodgson’s Euro 2016 squad on Tuesday just three months after making his Manchester United debut. “I thought, “thanks for that”, said Coleman.
“We will see how he is before we decide whether he starts in Sweden or whether he comes on”.
“I called the players in for one-to-one meetings on Sunday at the end of our camp in Portugal and it was the hardest thing I have done as a manager”.

“There were differing reactions to be honest, but I did not expect any of them to walk out of the room smiling. As soon as he’s there he will have to adjust, as we all will”.
