Joel Campbell says he deserved to play more
Arsenal ace Joel Campbell has insisted that he feels as though he deserved more chances at the club after his performances last season.

Campbell scored three goals Premier League goals for Arsenal a year ago, coming in with initially strong performances after injuries saw the likes of Theo Walcott and Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain sidelined for lengthy spells.
The Costa Rica star made 31 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners last term, but the 24-year-old isn’t wanted by Arsene Wenger this season.
The player on his part is happy with the move as he believes that at this juncture of his career he needs proper playing time, which might not have been possible at Arsenal. Many fans would be extremely disappointed to see him go, especially in similar circumstances to that of young Serge Gnabry, who left Arsenal at the end of the transfer window.
“I watched nearly every game previous year that Leicester played”. He has all the qualities to play for them, and since he does a good job, I am sure that we will also benefit because he will come back even better. That’s the most important thing.

“Based on what I did a year ago I deserved to play more, but now I have a new stage ahead of me”, Campbell told A Bola.
