John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic Contract Plans Reported — Chelsea Transfer News
Jose Mourinho is still facing a dressing-room battle with two of his biggest characters unsure of their Chelsea futures.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Chelsea managed to keep a clean sheet during the midweek Champions League clash against Maccabi Tel-Aviv as both Terry and Ivanovic had been dropped to the bench on the night and it is believed that manager Jose Mourinho has already lost faith in his stalwarts.
Chelsea’s disappointing start to the new season has only gone further to highlighting Ivanovic’s weaknesses at the back and Mourinho went some way to rectifying the problem by signing Abdul Baba Rahman.
Though it was previously a given that the pair would be offered new contracts, they are now reportedly attracting interest from Turkish giants Fenerbahce, and they can start talking to foreign clubs in January about a potential move, per Cross.
And neither have been given any assurances about whether they will be recalled to face Arsenal in Saturday’s lunchtime London derby.
Just a few months ago, the idea of the pair leaving Stamford Bridge – even with their respective deals entering their final years – would have been discarded instantly following their excellent form which guided the Blues to the Premier League title last season.
Cahill said: “It will be of use, of course, because we go into training in better spirits than we have been going into training”.
“We know the situation in the league”.
