Johnny Depp reportedly ‘not going to show’ at Amber Heard trial
The 53-year-old star, who is now in the midst of a divorce from Amber Heard, is due to auction the nine works from his private collection on June 29 and June 30, a Christie’s auction house has confirmed.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Heard, due to the temporary restraining order.
The LAPD tells PEOPLE that officers responded to a call over a dispute pertaining to a court order at the stars’ home in Downtown L.A. this afternoon. “Johnny is not in any kind of violation”, Im tells Us, adding that neither Depp or Heard were home at the time.
Wasser claims the actress and her friend Raquel Pennington, a witness to the alleged abuse, have been dodging her efforts to quiz them under oath about accusations made against Oscar nominee Depp prior to next week’s hearing.
The actress filed to end the couple’s 15-month marriage in May (16), and then obtained a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Depp, accusing him of abusing her throughout their marriage.
TMZ reports that Depp’s people are “removing things from the walls and taking furniture out of the home”, and that 30-year-old Heard’s team views this as “overreaching”. According to the report, Amber Heard’s legal team believes that Depp will refuse to testify in the trial and risk enduring a cross-examination.
And the two are still battling over a settlement, as Amber recently rejected a proposal for $50,000 a month for eight months because it also included a mutual restraining order.

However, Jaime is also full of praise for Amber, branding her “an incredible bright light”, adding, “She’s a attractive human being”.
