After soon-to-be ex-wife Amber Heard made shocking claims that actor Johnny Depp had physically assaulted her, his teenage daughter Lily-Rose Depp is now hitting back at those claims, saying that her father is not the monster that Heard is painting him out to be. She didn’t specifically reference the allegations but says Depp has “been nothing but a wonderful father to my little brother and I, and everyone who knows him would say the same”.

Lily-Rose Depp posted a photo on Instagram apparently showing herself as a baby, with Johnny Depp holding her hands and helping her walk.
The actress has previously claimed that she has had to “fight” for movie roles since she coming out as bisexual.
A week after Johnny Depp and Amber Heard announced they were divorcing amid acrimonious accusations, Johnny’s new film Alice Through the Looking Glass has flopped at the box office.
In court documents, Amber alleged that, “during the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me”.
Before fleeing to her neighbor’s apartment for safety, Amber states that Depp “picked up the magnum size bottle of wine he had been drinking out of, and started swinging it around, smashing everything he could”.
Between the semantics of the current divorce battle between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, many have stepped forward to express their support for the two respective parties. “On one occasion he even screamed at her, “You’re making a fool of me”.

However, Johnny’s friends have rushed to defend him, with actor Paul Bettany tweeting: “known Johnny Depp for years and through several relationships”.

As per a temporary restraining order that will hold “at least” until next month’s hearing, Depp is required to stay 100 meters away from Heard.
A source close to the situation previously said: “Amber’s friendship with Cara, which grew closer and closer over time, brought about the beginning of the end for her marriage to Johnny”.

A representative for Depp said in a statement on Thursday; ‘Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life.
