JonBenét Ramsey’s Brother Speaks Out For First Time Since Sister’s Unsolved Homicide
The three-part special will include footage from earlier police interrogations that Burke endured shortly after his sister was brutally murdered, and then again when he was 12 years old. “The first thing I remember is my mom bursting into my room really frantic, saying, ‘Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!’ running around my room – now I know looking for JonBenet”, Burke recalled to Dr Phil.

Even though JonBenet’s parents have always been suspected and were even indicted, no arrests have been made in the case. He appeared to be “socially awkward”, according to the TV personality.
“He’s a software engineer”.
“His thinking was, ‘If that’s going to happen, I want to control the narrative, ‘” Dr. Phil says.
“People are going to be very interested in his demeanor, and they’re going to find his demeanor atypical”, Dr. Phil told the “Today” show.
When Dr Phil asked Burke why he was speaking out now, he gave a surprising candid and blunt response.
Burke Ramsey, now 29, also told McGraw, “I remember her saying where’s my baby, where’s my baby”. “He’s aware that his parents are suspects”, Dr. Phil said. He said she was asking, “Where’s my baby?”

At the time, her parents, John and Patsy Ramsey, made the initial call to police and said they found a note demanding $118,000 in ransom for their daughter. It’s hard to miss the cameras and news trucks in your front yard. It just made me a very private person. “As to what I’m doing now, it’s the twentieth anniversary and apparently still a lot of tension around it, and I guess I kind of wanted to make it about remembering her and not just another new story”. The second installment will air on Monday, September 19 at 9 PM before concluding on Sunday, September 25 at 8:30 PM. Will you watch the full interview?
