Jose Mourinho confirms Marouane Fellaini suffers bad back injury
Fellaini completed the entire match as substitute Marcus Rashford gave United a stoppage-time 1-0 win at Hull City to maintain their 100 per cent start to the Premier League season under Mourinho.

At the KCOM Stadium, United secured their third successive win under Mourinho as teenage striker Rashford finally turned their pressure into a tangible reward.
The United teenager, a second-half replacement for Juan Mata, turned home Wayne Rooney’s slide-rule pass for the only goal of the game in the second minute of time added on to finally break Hull’s fearless resistance and send the newly-promoted club to their first defeat of the season.
Most pundits and fans predicted Hull City to finish bottom of this year’s Premier League table.
“I played against him last season and came out on top, although it’s all-square overall in terms of the outcome when we play each other”, explained Keane. When the team was chasing the ball against Leicester in the Community Shield and again tonight, he made a difference for us.
The Portuguese, however, said he was pleased with the way the whole team played defensively in the second half of the match. We have a long way to go, we have a lot to improve.
“I have two weeks before the next match, I have to analyse the opponent and see the way my boys are coming back from the worldwide games”, Mourinho said. We tried and tried and got it.
“We deserved it and in a more comfortable way”.
United were frustrated in wet conditions by Hull’s dogged defending before Rashford struck by converting Wayne Rooney’s cross. Mike Phelan, who’s now the Tigers’ caretaker manager, knows the striker very well from their time together at Old Trafford.
“If we are going to be competitive at this level we definitely need a squad of players that can come off the bench and start for us”.
“We know matches like that can help us win championships”.

Hull City manager Mike Phelan credits his players focus on keeping them in the match, but they lost focus just at the end.
