Jose Mourinho discusses Manchester United’s transfer activity
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has said that being a winning team does not always mean being an attacking team.

Pogba is used to success with Juventus and helped the club to four Serie A titles, two Coppa Italia wins and two Italian Super Cup successes in his time at the club. The more time we spend on the pitch together, the more we get to know each other. “We can not speak differently. That’s what we want”.
“At the end of the season we are not champions because someone is better than us then great, that’s football”.
Newcastle legend Alan Shearer is backing Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic to get amongst the goals this season.
“Many more think the same way as us but they are afraid to say it”.
“I played sometimes against Manchester United and they were a defensive team”. I don’t think that’s Manchester United.
“I grew up in football as a manager since 2001 more or less, especially when I came to England in 2004, and I saw Manchester United as a winning team, not as always an attacking team”, Mourinho said. It depends on how the season goes.
“I don’t speak about suspended players or injured players, I speak only about the ones that are ready to play”.
United – who finished fifth last season under Louis van Gaal – will kick off their title bid at Bournemouth on Sunday without record signing Paul Pogba, who must serve a one-match ban collected with previous club Juventus.
“Hopefully Jose Mourinho will be able to bring that kind of X-factor back to Manchester United – and a fear factor as well”.
The 34-year-old former Sweden captain has made an immediate impact at United, scoring on his friendly debut, while he netted the victor in last week’s Community Shield triumph over Leicester City.
Mourinho said the winger, 21, was being allowed to join Sunderland on a season-long loan to give him matches and monitor his progress in the Premier League.
Lingard also added that the “Special One” has a certain aura about him but that did not make the manager unapproachable by any of the players in the United side. It’s a very hard match for us but we are in condition to win it but not at the highest intensity.

“He’s an intelligent player and I think I am too”.
