On Thursday, TMZ revealed that the 19 Kids And Counting star is being sued by a man who alleges his image was stolen and used with different accounts linked to the disgraced reality TV star.
Seems Matthew could be seen as Josh’s main photo on Ashley Madison, Twitter and even OkCupid.
McCarthy is suing for the wrongful use of his image, and for an unspecified amount of money in damages, according to TMZ. McCarthy says because Duggar pretended that McCarthy’s image was indeed him, he is now getting lewd messages from all types of people on social media, who sometimes use names like “Duggar’s boy toy” and “DJ Duggar”. McCarthy works as a DJ and also as a photographer.

Former family values advocate Duggar blamed his actions on an online porn addiction that spiraled out of control, saying in a statement, ‘I have been the biggest hypocrite ever’.
It’s been reported that Duggar obtained McCarthy’s picture by Googling “random guy”. At that time, McCarthy said he’d already lost a DJ gig over the perception that he was somehow involved in Duggar’s porn-and-sex scandal.
Josh Duggar, a father of four at age 28, was outed by hackers of the Ashley Madison cheating site, whose tagline is “Life is short”.
Duggar made headlines in 2015 when his email account was linked to an Ashley Madison account following a hack and leak of the cheater website. Josh Duggar used this account to flirt with strippers and lingerie models.
