Just one day before what would have been Bobbi Kristina Brown’s 23rd birthday, a judge has ruled that her autopsy and toxicology report will be unsealed and available to the public.

However, the full results of the autopsy were sealed in September amid reports of a potential criminal investigation into Brown’s death. She died in the hospital last July.
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s autopsy results could be released this week, it has been confirmed.
Local news media report that Fulton County Superior Court Judge Henry Newkirk on Thursday granted a motion filed by media organizations. After being moved to several different hospitals and being seen by numerous specialists at the behest of her father, Bobbi Kristina was ultimately moved into hospice care at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia, on June 24.
“It is our feeling that those valid reasons still exist”, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard Jr said in a statement, adding that his office nonetheless would follow the court’s instructions.
A lawsuit was filed alleging that Brown died after being given a “toxic cocktail” by Gordon after a late-night “cocaine and drinking binge”.
Unsealing the autopsy will allow the media to see Brown’s official cause of death and possibly provide answers as to whether the singer’s daughter was using substances at the time of her collapse in the bathtub.

During the time that they lived together, Bradley claimed she regularly saw Bobbi Kristina smoking marijuana and stated that Brown had used heroin as well, although she admitted to never having seen the latter.
