Judge hailed after four-letter court exchange with racist thug
Hennigan – facing sentence for his NINTH breach of an Anti Social Behaviour Order in 11 years – began his tirade from the dock by telling Judge Lynch QC she was “a bit of a c**t”.

After the sentence was handed down, Hennigan told the judge that she was “a bit of a cunt”, to which the QC replied: “You’re a bit of a cunt yourself”.
But the judge retorted: “You’re a bit of a c*** yourself”.
As Hennigan was caged, he banged on the glass panel separating the dock from the rest of the court, performing a Nazi salute and screaming “Sieg Heil” before starting to sing “Jews gas them all”.
Judge Lynch jailed him for 18 months for insulting and making racist slurs against a black Caribbean mother in Harlow, Essex.
An Asbo was previously imposed on Hennigan in 2005 when a swastika was discovered on the front door of his council house. She approached him and he asked her if she was looking for a toilet.
Luke Farley said: ‘Hats off to Judge Patricia Lynch.
The spokesman said the JCIO “never comment on how many complaints have been received”. She said no, and that she was looking for Slimming World. Others hailed her as a “legend” and a role model for children.
“This is the ninth time you have breached this order, the same offensive, racist comments and you don’t deserve another chance”.
Judge Lynch responded: “You too”. The defendant said that he did not intentionally abused anyone.
Hennigan’s trial heard that he told mother Tanisha Ford: “I don’t agree with inter-racial relationships. I like natural” later adding: “I prefer white children”.
The outburst was particularly stunning when considering the details of his latest crime when he racially abused a black Caribbean woman named Tanisha Ford, and her two children, aged eight and six.
Hennigan was arrested and police officers later said he made “very unpleasant” comments while in custody.
“He is a rather unfortunate man”, Warner said.
His defence lawyer had argued he should not be jailed because he lived alone, was single and had been diagnosed and prescribed medicine for depression. It was then that Hennigan began swearing at her.
Hennigan claimed he had only been raising his arm to collect his change after paying for a drink, but was convicted of breaching an Asbo after a trial.

Hennigan, of Harlow, Essex, has dozens of previous convictions for offences including drug and firearm possession and common assault. He has to be court-ordered not to be racist in public.
