While the cases against Fox and Hannity were dropped, it remains unclear whether the charges against Fields were dropped as well.
Lindsay Lohan just lost her lengthy battle against Fox News in court Friday.
According to TMZ, the judge also dismissed the case mum Dina filed, saying the comment wasn’t made maliciously.
There are also audio tapes that have Lindsay making a frantic call to her father, Michael Lohan, from the back of a limo, saying, “Mom’s on cocaine“.
It hasn’t been the best of weeks for actress Lindsay Lohan.
Lohan has previously sued Pitbull for defamation, claiming the rapper used slanderous lyrics about her in his song “Give Me Everything”.
Fox News formally apologized for the “oversight” in airing the talk show segment back in February, calling Fields’ comment a “claim [they] can not verify”, but told Us Weekly that they would “defend this case to the fullest”.
It looks like the duo got through the incident safety though, as Lindsay took to her Instagram to post a selfie after the ordeal.

It is not as if these were long-ago antics on Lindsay’s part and she’s straightened up and flying right today. She was in Italy at her friend’s wedding and she acted freakish for the majority of the time there. The entire weekend she acted a bit unusual and she was even accused of trying to upstage the bride by wearing a white gown she claimed was once owned by Liz Taylor.
