Judge orders Johnny Depp to stay away from estranged wife
Depp “quickly grew exhausted of Heard’s enchantment with Hollywood glitz”, it said, and became increasingly suspicious over her bisexual past and closeness to her lesbian friends.

On the heels of Heard’s request to divorce Depp, the actress provided photo evidence on Friday that Depp has physically abused her. One unidentified source from People claims that “this was not an isolated event”, and that an image provided to police of a bruised right eye is evidence of “only the latest incident”. Heard wants a temporary restraining order against Depp because of an immediate threat of harm, but Depp is now out of Los Angeles promoting his new movie, Alice Through the Looking Glass.
But TMZ reported Friday that Heard was tagged on Instagram showing a picture of her with two friends on Sunday, the day after the alleged attack, and there is no evidence of bruises in the picture.
Ms. Heard also claims Mr. Depp “offered her money to stay quiet, but instead she filed for divorce first thing Monday morning”, TMZ reported.
Heard and Depp starred in the 2011 film The Rum Diary and began dating in 2012. She also says that the actor pulled her hair, screamed at her and repeatedly hit her and violently grabbed her face.
After filing for divorce, Amber Heard accuses husband Johnny Depp of domestic violence.
There’s been a new, devastating development in Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s divorce case.
Heard, 30, said in court filings that Depp, 52, was abusive to her throughout their marriage, culminating in an argument on Saturday night in which he hurled a cell phone into her face and shattered various objects in her apartment.
Judge Moor said Depp should not contact Heard until a hearing is conducted on 17 June. She also brought photos of other bruises sustained over the course of their marriage.
The Hollywood Vampires performed at the Rock in Rio festival in Lisbon on Friday night (27May16) – a week after the death of Depp’s beloved mum Betty Sue Palmer.
“I live in fear that Johnny will return to (our house) unannounced to terrorise me, physically and emotionally”, she wrote in the court papers.
Mr Depp’s lawyer wrote in a court filing that the actor would agree to a mutual-stay order.
The actress reportedly declined to file a police report, and the cops left.

“Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life”, the statement read.
