Jurgen Klopp blasts £100m bids and discloses Liverpool transfer policy
Despite coming under heavy criticism for his performances last season, Jurgen Klopp is willing to give Spanish left-back Alberto Moreno a second chance to prove he can play in the Liverpool first-team squad, according to a report from the Daily Mail.

Klopp believes £100 million is too much to spend on a single player.
“We want to be playing in Europe and I don’t think it plays in our favour us not having as many games as the opposition”.
“It is very important because he can transfer his passion for this club to the other players”.
“We train to prepare for that because I want my team to have an identity”.
“I trust Jurgen Klopp and we should trust him even if he makes a signing we haven’t even heard of before”.
“I am happy with my team now, and I can say is we will be a challenger, we will fight for everything, for every cup and what will happen in the end we will see”.
However, Klopp does point that not every side can go for the same player – if that were the case then a lot of teams were going to be disappointed, and from a transfer point of view different teams operate at different levels.
Klopp said he had no interest in being drawn into a competition with other clubs over the same signings.
“If I spend money, it is because I am trying to build a team, a real team”.
The Italian said: “I want to continue in this way because this is the only way to come back very soon for the title, not to speak, but with actions”.
Liverpool have brought in a handful of new player in the off-season, with Sadio Mane joining the Reds from Southampton for €35m and Georginio Wijnaldum arriving from Newcastle United in a €30m deal.
“And if you have seen them in training, there is a special quality that we did not have past year”.
Conte also backed captain John Terry, who signed a new one-year contract in May after it appeared he was destined to leave the club, to play a big part this season – although he suggested the 35-year-old may not play as regularly. If you knew it now, that would be a really cool transfer.

“I know from the past that he appreciates me as a player”, Meyer said.
