Jurgen Klopp’s happy Liverpool’s football is hell for Chelsea
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte isn’t too anxious about the club’s 2-1 loss to Liverpool yesterday.

“Two weeks ago everybody was asking what’s wrong with Liverpool in the transfer market – why have they not got five midfielders and eight new left-backs – but now these boys are starting in one of the most hard fixtures in football, and we deserve the result tonight”, he added.
The visitors held a 2-0 lead at the break and Chelsea couldn’t rescue a point after Diego Costa reduced the deficit just after the hour mark.
The impressive win at Stamford Bridge follows on from a 4-1 victory over reigning champions Leicester as well as an opening-day win at Arsenal and a draw at Tottenham.
Branislav Ivanovic gave a needless foul away on the left flank, from which Liverpool worked the ball to Philippe Coutinho. Whilst Jurgen Klopp was more than thrilled with his team’s victory, he refused to get too much ahead of himself. They have enough going forward to beat most teams – which they showed in the second half against Liverpool – in the Premier League but the truth of the matter is that for all of Liverpool’s dominance in the first half, only a Henderson wonder goal separated these two teams.
“We played football like hell, it was really nice to watch, ‘ he said”. We must feel the danger in every moment of the game.
“When you give away two goals in this way it’s very hard. I don’t think there is an injury, it is only the situation”.
– Since Jurgen Klopp took charge of his first game, Liverpool have scored 15 Premier League goals from outside the box, five more than any other side in that time.
“I was really happy with the style of play, and the confidence we had”. Cavani was on the money for PSG from the word go as he scored all the four goals inside the first half.
“I couldn’t see that he could sprint anymore, so that’s why we had to change”.
If the first goal was well-taken it was nothing compared to Liverpool’s outstanding second, Henderson curling a sublime effort beyond Courtois from 25 yards out.
They moved level on points with Chelsea and Merseyside rivals Everton in the early-season standings, two points below leaders Manchester City. “We tried and played with intensity but you must play attention to details if you want to think about a good team”.
